
Professional Intervision (Profvision)
Through the guidance of a trained professional you will do research into your personal issues, triggers, themes of interest that come across when you work. There can be dealt with returning patterns of unsolved points of interest. Because intimacy, confidentiality and honesty is provided for within the groups you will really benefit from this investment.
Desired frequency: once every six weeks. Quantity group: 4-6 persons. You can commit to an ‘open’ group with different persons from different organizations. Or with a group of colleagues. Please fill in the contact form for further information.

Trust
You will strenghten your relationships at work while opening your points of interest to the intervision group. As time flows the degree of safety will increase. The return on investment will be that you gain consciousness about your behavior and that of others. When participating an open group you will learn the differences and similarities experienced in working surroundings anywhere. Also very inspiring.

Self Reflection
You will sooner or later succeed in reflecting on your own behaviour. And when you do you will be relieved as well as more powerful in choosing the right and constructive way to react on situations given the context in which you find yourself in. We add value to your life by giving you more possibilities.

Confrontation
When patterns or triggering behaviour gets your attention by feedback of feedforward you will discover that intervision fundamentally contributes to your working- as well as your private life. You can’t separate but integrate the lessons learned. All meant to give you more choices how to behave in critical situations. With the aim of leading a healthy, self-caring and compassionate way of life.
